A large commercial skylight completed by Seapac was for the Shangri La Corporation at Shangri La Edsa Plaza. This particular project required the design, supply and installation of the steel support structure, composite cladding and heavy weight laminated glass. This project has not leaked since its completion in late 2002.

The Project Manager ensures project completion in accordance with timelines, budget, quality and safety standards. He/she manages a team of Project Coordinators and Project Staff in close collaboration and partnership with the Production, Warehouse and Delivery, Installlation, Safety & QA teams.
The commercial manager is commercially responsible, on any contract assigned to them, for all pre and post contract commercial issues relating to a contract. Providing support to the procurement process during the procurement phase (pre-award). Providing commercial management of contracts during the execution phase (post-award). Providing commercial management for the delivery of contract final account agreements (close out).
The Detailer is responsible to convert to a cutting list all issued fabrication drawing based on correct quantification per window code. This position is also expected to conduct quality check in terms of material correctness and zero wastage of metal off-cuts based on actual purchased stock lengths. He is also expected to control material request by issuing MRF’s (Material Request Forms) only based on what the cutting list requires.
The Operations Manager provides direction and guidance to a team of Installation Managers, Project Site Supervisors and corresponding manpower complement for curtain wall and glass facade installation projects.
